Nishtar hockey club outclassed Margalla hockey club in the first semi final of Inter Club Hockey Tournament played at Naseer Bundha Hockey Stadium on Monday. The Nishtar club from the outset of the match played excellent hockey and scored two early goals, that put the opponents under huge pressure.

Pakistan among top 5 countries in infrastructure investment
ISLAMABAD, APR 20 (DNA) – Pakistan has become one of top five countries across the globe in Private Infrastructure Investment during the year 2017 as it received $5.9 billion during the year, according to a report released by World Bank. “Fifty-two countries received PPI investments in 2017, which was a significant increase over the 2016 level of 37 countries, and the past five-year average of 41 countries,” the report said adding that China received $17.5 billion across 73 projects; Indonesia $15.4 billion across 11 projects; Mexico $8.6 billion across 20 projects; Brazil $7.3 billion across 24 projects; and Pakistan received $5.9 billion across four projects.
Africa’s last absolute monarch renames Swaziland as ‘eSwatini’
MBABANE, APR 20 (DNA) – Swaziland’s King Mswati III, Africa’s last absolute monarch, said on Thursday he was officially renaming the country as the Kingdom of eSwatini.He announced the change to eSwatini, meaning “land of the Swazis”, in the local Swati language at Golden Jubilee celebrations of the 50th anniversary of Swazi independence and of his 50th birthday.The king has referred to the “Kingdom of eSwatini” several times in recent years – in an address to the UN General Assembly in 2017 and at African Union and other international conferences.
