ISLAMABAD, JULY 07 (DNA) – Ambassador of Japan Takashi Kurai has said Japan greatly valued relations with Pakistan adding these relations are growing with each passing day.He expressed these views while speaking on the occasion of a reception he hosted to welcome the newly-arrived deputy head of mission Yusuke Shindo.He said Mr. Yusuke Shindo is a senior and career diplomat and hopefully during his stay in Pakistan relations between Japan and Pakistan will further grow.

Huge scope of trade ties exists between Pakistan, Canada: Mandviwalla

ISLAMABAD, (DNA) – Deputy Chairman Senate Saleem Mandviwalla says there is huge scope for enhancing trade and investment between Pakistan and Canada.In a meeting with Canadian Ambassador Perry John Calderwood in Islamabad, he said business companies of both countries can explore more opportunities for mutual benefit of the two people.He said Pakistan highly values its bilateral relation with Canada and desires to further expand these friendly ties.

China´s Sinovel fined in US trade secrets theft case

WASHINGTON, (DNA) – A US judge on Friday ordered Chinese wind turbine maker Sinovel Wind Group Co Ltd to pay a $1.5 million fine after the company was convicted of charges it stole trade secrets from Massachusetts-based AMSC.US  District Judge James Peterson in Madison, Wisconsin, also sentenced Sinovel to one year of probation, during which it must pay the unpaid balance of a $57.5 million settlement it struck with AMSC that was disclosed on Tuesday.

Washington and Pyongyang get down to ´nitty gritty´ in nuclear talks

MOSCOW, (DNA) – Belgium beat World Cup favourites Brazil 2-1 on Friday to set up a semi-final against France in Saint Petersburg.A Fernandinho own goal in the 13th minute followed by a superb Kevin De Bruyne strike just after the half-hour put Belgium in the driving seat. Brazil pulled a goal back through Renato Augusto but it was too little, too late.

Since the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Kingdom of Morocco and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan in 1958, the relationships between the two countries, are marked by their harmonious and evolving character, therefore, subsequently this has been mutually beneficially in convergence of points of view of both countries within international bodies. Essentially, these relations are enriched by the common Islamic cultural heritage. Relations between Morocco and Pakistan are governed by a diversified legal framework encompassing several cooperation agreements in the diplomatic, economic, cultural, scientific and technical fields. Importantly, despite the diversity of the framework governing bilateral relations, the level of cooperation achieved so far is still limited.
