Istanbul Airport has won the “Airport of the Year” award in the “Readers’ Choice 2019” awards, organized by the International Airport Review.

ISTANBUL, NOV 7 (DNA) -Istanbul Airport outdid its rivals to receive the “Readers’ Choice: Airport of the Year” award, which is awarded to the company with the most reader votes and organized by one of the world’s most prestigious publications, the International Airport Review.

Having recently completed its first year of operation, Istanbul Airport earned the approval of international authorities to become a global hub. This was thanks to the “Airport of the Year” award, which is awarded by the prestigious UK-based publication, the International Airport Review.

PM Imran, Abu Dhabi crown prince discuss bilateral cooperation, regional issues on phone

ISLAMABAD (dna News) – Prime Minister Imran Khan on Wednesday called Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed al-Nahyan to talk about bilateral cooperation and regional issues, Dunya News reported.

Crown Prince Mohammed bin Zayed is also the deputy supreme commander of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Armed Forces.

According to sources, both leaders discussed ways to enhance bilateral cooperation as well as the latest regional and international developments and issues of mutual interest.

Azadi march to be converted into Seerat moot on 12 Rabi ul Awwal

ISLAMBAD, NOV 6 (DNA). JUI F chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman said on Wednesday Azadi march shall be converted into Seerat un Nabi conference on 12 of Rabi ul Awal falling on Sunday, November 10.

While addressing rally he said they were not ready to give any further time to the inept rulers who had driven the country towards precipice.

He further said the government had already presented two budgets but even then country’s economic problems are still there.

He also welcomed the members of Supreme Court Bar Association in the rally adding their presence had given legitimacy to the march.

Pakistan PAF demonstrates its power at Sonmiani Firing Range

KARACHI (DNA) – The Pakistan Air Force (PAF) on Wednesday flexed its muscles at Sonmiani Firing Range.President Arif Alvi, Air Chief Marshall Mujahid Anwar Khan, Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee General Zubair Mehmood Hayart among others observed the PAF’s firepower demonstration.TV footage available with the media showed JF-17 Thunder Aircraft, helicopter gunships and Commandos of Special Services Wing displayed their professional skills.Meanwhile, other fighter aircrafts are flying at lightning speed and dropping bombs on the designated targets.Earlier, the air force produced a promo regarding PAF’s firepower demonstration.

LAHORE (DNA) – An accountability court in Lahore on Wednesday issued ‘robkar’ (mandamus) for the release of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) vice president Maryam Nawaz from Kot Lakhpat Jail against two surety bonds worth Rs10 million each.Reportedly, duty judge Amjad Nazir Chaudhry has issued her robkar after the surety bonds were submitted and scrutinised in the accountability court.Meanwhile, PML-N leaders are on their way to the jail, and she is expected to be released shortly.

Islamabad: Toll reach three as two more Azadi March protesters die

ISLAMABAD (DNA) – Two more protesters of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl’s (JUI-F) Azadi March on Wednesday morning have lost their lives in Islamabad, taking the toll to three.According to details, Maulana Saifullah suffered a heart attack at the time of Tahajjud whereas Molvi Akhtar Muhammad died of illness.Earlier, 55-year-old Larkana resident Abdul Kareem Jan felt a heart attack and was rushed to Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) where doctors declared him dead on arrival.

Saudi Crown Prince announces power-sharing agreement with Yemen

Riyadh, NOV 05 (DNA) –  Saudi Crown Prince announced the power- sharing deal with Yemen. Prince Muhammed bin Salman announced the deal of power-sharing between Yemeni government and the Southern Transitional Council on Tuesday.The agreement was jointly signed in the presence of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, Yemeni President Abdrabu Mansur Hadi and General Aidrous Al Zoubaidi, the leader of the Southern Transitional Council, Nizar Haitham, an STC spokesperson.
