NEW DELHI, JUNE 08 (DNA) – The Indian government has requested Pakistan to allow Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s aircraft to fly over Pakistani airspace on June 13.According to sources, Pakistan has received a formal request sent by the Indian High Commission in this regard.Modi is scheduled to attend the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) summit in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan next week.
Govt eliminated reservations about CPEC projects in Balochistan: Suri

FBR to collect bank accounts data for action against tax evaders
ISLAMABAD (DNA) – In its latest move to catch tax evaders, the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has issued strict directives to the concerned departments for collecting all the relevant information about wealthy tax evaders.Specifically, the data of account holders with deposits of Rs500,000 or more [in their bank accounts] will be examined, and a stern action will be taken against those account holders who have not filed their tax returns despite of having the same amount in their accounts.
Govt making all out efforts to end load management in country: Omar

Iftar on the road: Indonesian students serve iftar meals
ISLAMABAD, JUNE 03(DNA)-In celebration and observance of the holy month of Ramadan, Indonesian and Thai students of the International Islamic University jointly organized an Iftar meals program in Islamabad on Monday.
Under the “Iftar on the road” program about 1000 meal packs were prepared by the students and were served at five different locations in Islamabad.
The initiative was supported by the Indonesia Embassy with the view to promote the Islamic brotherhood and human fraternity.

LAHORE (DNA) – Accountability court on Monday has summoned Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PMLN) leader and Member of the National Assembly (MNA) Khawaja Saad Rafique and his brother Salman Rafique on June 13 in Paragon City scandal. The Khawaja brothers have been directed to appear before the court with all the relevant record. On April 26, the NAB Lahore approved the filing of a reference against the Khawaja brothers and Nadeem Zia for the alleged corruption in the same case.
