Pakistan demands Iran to take action against group involved in Ormara killings

ORMARA (DNA) – Pakistan on Saturday has demanded Iran to take action against the terrorists involved in killing of 14 passengers after offloading them from the bus on the Makran Coastal Highway in Balochistan.According to details, Foreign Office (FO) forwarded a letter of protest to the Iranian Embassy in Islamabad.

Muhammad Ali Jinnah hospital inaugurated in Kabul

Offshore companies case: NAB court extends Aleem Khan’s judicial remand till April 30

LAHORE (DNA) – Accountability court on Saturday has extended judicial remand of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) senior leader Aleem Khan till April 30 in assets beyond income and offshore companies cases.
The PTI leader appeared before the court during which, NAB officials requested to extend his judicial remand.The court directed the anti-corruption watchdog to submit final report on the cases in next hearing. 

Sheikh Rasheed to persuade Asad Umar to remain part of federal cabinet

NAB seeks physical remand of ex-federal secretary Shahid Rafi

ISLAMABAD (DNA) – The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) on Saturday will seek judicial remand of former water and power secretary Shahid Rafi, who was arrested yesterday, in the rental power projects (RPPs) corruption case.He will be produced before an accountability court in Rawalpindi.On Friday, the former federal secretary was rounded up in a raid at his house in Islamabad and important documents were also seized from his residence.

Pakistan lodges protest over Iran’s inaction against terrorists behind Ormara incident

ORMARA:  (DNA) –  Pakistan has lodged protest with Iran for its inaction not taking action against the group behind the killing of 14 passengers who were forcibly offloaded them from their bus on the Makran Coastal Highway in Ormara, Balochistan.The Foreign Office sent a letter of protest to the Iranian Embassy in Islamabad.”15-20 terrorists who camouflaged themselves in Frontier Corps (FC) uniform barricaded the road and stopped 3-4 buses traveling from Ormara to Gwadar on the coastal highway at Buzi Top in the dawn of April 18 and on the identification of the passengers, shot dead 14 personnel belonging to the armed forces of Pakistan.

ISLAMABAD (DNA) – A day after Prime Minister Imran Khan made a sweeping cabinet reshuffle, reasons behind removal of several ministers have begun to surface.According to sources, Prime Minister Imran Khan was not satisfied with several ministers after he reviewed performance, secret reports and public opinion. The decision to remove these ministers was already taken few days ago.Reportedly, Asad Umar was removed from the post due to weak economic policy, poor performance of the Federal Board  of Revenue (FBR) and surging dollar rate.

PM inaugurates Radiation and Oncology services at SKMCH, Peshawar
