SUKKUR, (DNA) – The National Accountability Bureau on Friday produced a food department official in government’s wheat misappropriation case before the accountability court Sukkur.The court granted 10 days’ physical remand of Aneesur Rehman Mahar, deputy director Sindh Food Department, to the bureau. The court also ordered the NAB to produce the accused on December 02 before the court.Accountability bureau Sukkur’s officials had arrested the accused government official from Karachi and brought him back to Sukkur after getting his transit remand.

Government itself allowed Nawaz to travel abroad, CJP Khosa says
ISLAMABAD, – Chief Justice of Pakistan Asif Saeed Khosa on Wednesday responded to recent remarks by Prime Minister Imran Khan regarding the judiciary, saying it was the government that allowed former prime minister Nawaz Sharif to travel abroad for medical treatment.“Do not taunt us regarding the powerful,” the chief justice said, adding that everyone is equal before the law. RIYADH, (DNA) – CEO of Diriyah Gate Development Authority Jerry Inzerillo stressed the importance of the Diriyah Gate project as an international tourist destination focusing on culture and heritage due to its archaeological landmarks.He explained in a press statement today that the first phase of the project consists of 86 main sites, pointing out that Diriyah will be linked to a number of new museums.He added that the plan that was drawn up and the efforts made under the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince will contribute to making Diriyah the largest cultural heritage site in the world, in addition to creating jobs as the Diriyah Gate project will provide 55 thousand jobs, indicating that 15% of the employees in the project now are from Diriyah.

Deputy Chief of the Naval Staff Vice Admiral Ahmad Saeed was the chief guest while a large number of civil and military officers attended the reception besides members of the diplomatic corps.
