GUJRANWALA (Dunya News) – Police have released one of the alleged facilitator in the Blast near Data Darbar Lahore. The alleged suspect named Zeeshan was taken into custody by CTD police but he claimed innocence in a video message.Zeeshan said he is a local grocer in AimanAbad, Gujrawala. He was there at the shrine to pay his respect and had nothing to do with the incident.
COAS Bajwa pays tribute to mothers for their sacrifices

Gujranwala: Two girls, married to Chinese men, return home
GUJRANWALA, MAY 12 (DNA) – Two more girls – married to Chinese men – have returned home in Gujranwala with the help of Pakistan embassy.According to details, Rabia was married to a Chinese national on January 1 and the couple moved to China after three weeks. The girl – belonging to Gujranwala’s Fatomand area – was tortured by her husband afterwards. She reached home with the help of Pakistan embassy.The other girl – Rida – lived with her Chinese husband in Islamabad, and was also tormented by her spouse. Rida escaped subsequently and reached her home in Gujranwala.
Fake marriages: 79 suspects, including Chinese nationals arrested
LAHORE, MAY 12 (DNA) – In a crackdown against transnational Chinese gang in Pakistan suspected of involvement in fake marriages and human trafficking of girls, 79 people have been detained by officials in Islamabad and other districts of Punjab.In this regard, an investigation team from Beijing arrived in Islamabad to probe the matter. The team has assured Islamabad for “all possible cooperation.”

Gen Hamid Javaid laid to rest
RAWALPINDI, May 11 (DNA): Former Director General Heavy Industries Texila and President of Al-Shifa Trust Eye hospitals Lt-Gen (retd) Hamid Javaid was laid to rest here on Saturday.Hamid Javaid, 71, died at Combined Military Hospital, early in the morning. He left behind a daughter and two sons.He was buried in Dhoke Khabba Committee Chowk Graveyard Rawalpindi. The funeral was held after Asar prayers at Main Jamia Masjid DHA Ph-I.
Culprits involved “fake Chinese marriages” to be punished

Terrorists attack Gwadar five star hotel
