National Assembly passes budget 2019-20

ISLAMABAD (DNA) – The National Assembly on Friday approved the Budget for Fiscal Year 2019-20 after more than two weeks since it was presented by the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf government on June 11 with a total outlay of Rs7.02 trillion.On June 11, Minister of State for Revenue Hammad Azhar has unveiled the first budget for fiscal year 2019-20 of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI)-led federal government with an outlay of Rs7.02 trillion, in the National Assembly (NA) in Islamabad.

Punjab Governor, Afghan President discuss matters of mutual interest

Afghan president Ashraf Ghani to attend Pakistan Business Forum in Lahore today

LAHORE (DNA) – Afghanistan president Ashraf Ghani on Friday will arrive in Lahore to attend Pakistan Business Forum.Accoridng to details, Chief Minister of Punjab (CM) Sardar Usman Buzdar will welcome the Afghan president on his arrival.Ghani has been scheduled to address the forum after which he will offer Jummah prayers at Badshahi Mosque and will also explore Shahi Qila.

PM takes notice of increasing inflation
