WASHINGTON: The United States and Russia have stressed to increase mutual cooperation despite serious differences.

Talking to Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov in Reykjavik on the sidelines of an Arctic Council meeting, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken said the world would be safer if the two countries’ leaders work together.
