Tariq Saud is a prominent businessman from Karachi. He has recently been appointed as Hon. Consul of Romania to Karachi. After his appointment he gave an exclusive interview to Centreline and Diplomatic News Agency (DNA). Here are excerpts from his interview.

The first ever political government completes its much trumpeted five years and the political parties are preparing for next general elections scheduled on May 11, 2013. During these five years, the ruling coalition had complete freedom to make policies and run the government. Yet, their achievements remain mundane at best.

ISLAMABAD, MARCH 27 (DNA) -Minister Delegate for Romanians Abroad Cristian David met with the Additional Secretary for Europe from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Ayesha Riyaz.
I often say, the natural life of political governments in Pakistan is two and half years. Both Nawaz Sharif and Benazir Bhutto got chance of governing this country two times each however both of them were shown the door after two and half years mainly because of their own performance. PPP tenures normally are well known for bad governance, corruption and mismanagement. Unfortunately this tenure too could not prove different to that of previous ones.

He is none other than Gen (r) Musharraf. Interestingly the savior of poor Pakistan flew home from U.A.E by a chartered plane instead of a routine flight.

Killing media people in Pakistan has become order of the day. Just recently a journalist Malik Mumtaz was killed in Miranshah. It was of course not the first incident. As a matter of fact many journalists, or to be more specific 51 journalists have so far been killed in Pakistan in last ten years or so. The number is quite alarming and the disturbing fact is that this number is constantly on the rise. Despite government tall claims nothing has been done so far to provide protection to the messengers.
Huge scope for Pakistani investors in Bulgaria; special facilities for Pak students

ISLAMABAD, MARCH 05 (DNA) Mr. Roumen Pirontchev Ambassador of Bulgaria has said his country offered huge business opportunities to Pakistani investors adding being a key European Union country, Bulgaria had a lot to offer to Pakistan. He made these remarks while giving an interview to Diplomatic News Agency (DNA) and Centreliney. Roumen Pirontchev further said Bulgaria has always been present in Pakistan. The diplomatic relations between two countries were established in 1965 and the Bulgarian Embassy was opened in 1968. Here is full text of interview.
