It has a tremendous amount of significance for socioeconomic development. According to the Bank of America, the current space market is valued at roughly $350 billion and will continue to grow to reach roughly $2.7 trillion within the next three decades.

Kim Il Sung and his unceremonious way of approaching his people

A fine art work attracts the attention of visitors to every kindergarten and crèche in the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea. Major changes expected in cabinet, PM Imran mulls appointing interior minister

ISLAMABAD: (DNA) –  Prime Minister Imran Khan is reportedly mulling over changes in his cabinet and top civil bureaucracy, senior anchorperson Hamid Mir told.The PM is likely to change portfolios of some of his ministers and hand over charge of interior ministry to someone else, which he was heading since presuming office, he added.According to sources, PM Imran is reviewing performances of his cabinet colleagues and senior bureaucrats in civil administration and will take a decision in this regard after IMF agreement.

Pyongyang:  (DNA) – Tens of thousands of North Koreans turned out to pay tribute to their leaders on Monday, the most important day of the isolated, nuclear-armed country´s ritual calendar.In the North April 15 is known as the Day of the Sun, the anniversary of the 1912 birth of the country´s founder Kim Il Sung, whose son Kim Jong Il succeeded him and grandson Kim Jong Un, the current leader, inherited power in turn.North Koreans are taught from birth to revere the Kim family and the ceremonies surrounding such occasions are one of the ways in which authorities reinforce loyalty.

Karachi: Fire breaks out at towel manufacturing factory

KARACHI (DNA) – Fire erupted at a towel manufacturing factory situated at the SITE Super Highway in Karachi on late Sunday night.The fire spread very quickly and also engulfed another nearby building. At least six fire brigade vehicles arrived at the spot and are taking part in operation to extinguish the blaze which is still raging.The cause of fire is not yet known. No loss of life was reported in the incident till filing of this report.

China becomes top destination for Pakistani students

BEIJING: (DNA) –  Pakistan ranked third in the number of international students currently studying in China with 28,023 students, according to a statement issued by China’s Ministry of Education.South Korea ranked first with 50,600 students, followed by Thailand with 28,608, India with 23,198, and the United States with 20,996.A total of 492,185 international students from 196 countries and regions studied in China, last year, up 0.62 percent on the previous year.The number of students pursuing academic education increased by 6.86 percent year-on-year to 258,122, accounting for 52.44 percent of the total.
