Pakistan does not recognize Armenia because it is occupying Azerbaijani territory

NEW YORK, OCT 2 (DNA).. The Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan of Armenia has said his country fully defended the Indian position on Kashmir issue adding Armenia will help India create a favorable condition for India on this issue.Talking to media recently the Armenian prime minister said international bodies may be mobilized in favour of India.To a question he further said that Indian prime minister had proposed many joint ventures and we shall be happy to work with India.

WASHINGTON, (DNA) – Sardar Masood Khan, President Azad Jammu and Kashmir while talking to an audience consisting of academics, researchers, lawyers and journalists, said that a just and lasting solution to the Kashmir dispute lies in the implementation of the UN Security Council resolutions and firmly urged not to rely on bilateral dialogues with India.The President made these remarks while speaking on the Kashmir crisis organised by the Middle East Institute (MEI) and INDUS, a DC based diaspora led think-tank. The event was hosted by Marvin Weinbaum, Director for Afghanistan and Pakistan Studies at MEI, and Raza Rumi, President INDUS.

Gen (Retd) Ashimiyu Adebayo Olaniyi High Commissioner of Federal Republic has said both countries enjoy good cordial relations for the last many years but these relations could not be translated into economic term due to different reasons.He expressed these views while speaking on the occasion of 59th anniversary of Independence of Nigeria. RAWALPINDI, OCT 01 (DNA) – Pakistan handed over dead body of an Indian Border Security Force soldier to Indian authoritiesIndian BSF soldier Sub Inspector Paritosh Mondal had drowned while crossing Aik Nullah along Working Boundary inside Indian Occupied Jammu & Kashmir and his body was reported to have swept towards Pakistan side. Indian BSF requested Pakistan Rangers for search of the body.

ISLAMABAD, OCT 01 (DNA) – India on Tuesday has forwarded a draft of agreement regarding Kartarpur Corridor to Pakistan.According to sources, the Pakistani government is considering to send reply to the Indian authorities and also expected to raise service fee.Earlier, Pakistan had decided to invite former Indian Prime Minister (PM) Manmohan Singh on the inaugural ceremony of Kartarpur Corridor. Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi has said that the decision to invite Singh was taken after high-level consultation.

ISLAMABAD (DNA) – The opposition walked out of the National Assembly on Tuesday over passing bills through presidential ordinance without presenting them before the House.The rumpus started when Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader Nafisa Shah protested against the bill which was tabled by the treasury benches.The PPP leader said 11 presidential ordinances have been issued and privileges of chairmen of standing committees have been stamped out.
