Around 1200 HIV/AIDs suspects screened in constituency of MNA Faryal Talpur
LARKANA/KARACHI, (DNA) – Around 1200 HIV/AIDs suspects were screened in the constituency of MNA Faryal Talpur, where about 13 children were tested positive for HIV/AIDS (acquired immune deficiency syndrome) in Ratodero town of Larkana district.A tug of war have been observed between the administration of Deputy Commissioner Larkana, Health Care Commission and the authorities of health department particularly Director General Health Sindh Dr. Masood Ahmed Solangi, who denied of any involvement of arrested doctor Muzaffar Ghangharo, suspected to be a responsible for the spread of the (HIV) human immunodeficiency virus in Ratodero and surroundings.

ISLAMABAD, (DNA) – Prime Minister Imran Khan will perform the ground-breaking of Mohmand Dam on May 2.Senator Faisal Javed, in a tweet, announced the ground-breaking and thanked the donors for contributing for the dam.In February, the Water and Power Development Authority (Wapda) Chairman Lt-Gen (retd) Muzammil Hussain informed the Senate Standing Committee on Water Resources that the Mohmand Dam would be completed in five years and eight months.

Pakistan, Nigeria Naval Chiefs discuss bilateral ties

Fake accounts case: Faryal Talpur challenges NAB inquiry in SC
ISLAMABAD (DNA) – Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader Faryal Talpur has Tuesday challenged the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) inquiry into fake accounts case in the Supreme Court.The PPP leader also challenged her summoning by the anti-corruption watchdog in JV (Joint Venture)-Opal 225 case. The plaintiff took the stance that it is not in the NAB’s jurisdiction to investigate JV-Opal 225 case.Faryal Talpur requested the apex court to nullify the NAB inquiry and suspend the summon notice. It is worth mentioning here that the PPP leader has been alleged of taking Rs1 billion bribe in JV-Opal 225 case.
