Journalist lodges complaint against Salman Khan for assault
MUMBAI (DNA) – Television journalist Ashok S. Pandey, the Maharashtra head of JK24x7 news channel, has filed a complaint against Bollywood actor Salman Khan for assaulting and threatening him. In a statement, lawyer Neeraj Gupta said, “The matter will come up for hearing on July 12. At that time, the court will decide whether the police will be directed to conduct an investigation, or issue summons to the accused.”
Day of armed forces of Azerbaijan celebrated by Pakistan Army

Afghan President to visit Pakistan on June 27
ISLAMABAD, JUN 26 (DNA) – Afghan President Ashraf Ghani has said that he will visit Pakistan on June 27 in an effort to improve bilateral relations that are often hampered by mistrust and reciprocal accusations.President Ghani will be accompanied by a high-level delegation including Ministers, Advisors, Senior Officials and businessmen.During the visit, President Arif Alvi will have a meeting with President Ghani while Prime Minister Imran Khan will hold delegation-level talks.
Three suicide bombers killed as security forces foil terror attack in Balochistan’s Loralai
QUETTA (DNA) – Three suicide bombers were killed and a policeman was martyred and two other officers sustained critical wounds as security forces successfully repulsed an attack in the Police Lines area in Balochistan’s Loralai on Wednesday morning.The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Director General (DG) Maj Gen Asif Ghafoor said in a press release on the incident that confirmed that three bombers were attempting to target Police Lines in Loralai.
Pak announces financial support to UN agency helping Palestinian refugees
NEW YORK (DNA) – Pakistan’s Permanent Ambassador to the United Nations Maleeha Lodhi on Wednesday said that Pakistan has announced a commitment of financial support to United Nations agency that assists Palestinian refugees.Addressing a conference held in New York, Lodhi said that Pakistan reaffirms its dedication to the Palestinian cause at the 2019 pledging conference. She said Pakistan backed the UN chief’s call and would make a voluntary contribution to the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine.

Saudi Arabia to participate in ‘Peace for Prosperity’ workshop in Bahrain
