PESHAWAR, Oct 05 (DNA): Work has formally begun on the Mohammad Khawaja Dam in Hangu at an estimated cost of Rs160 million, with the project being funded through the development allocations of Member of Provincial Assembly Shah Turab Khan and Member of National Assembly Yousaf Khan.

Local elders welcomed the start of work on the dam and thanked Shah Turab Khan and Yousaf Khan for supporting the project.

According to sources, the Bugto Dam and Khattak Banda Dam are also among the upcoming development projects, with work on them expected to begin soon.
