MOSCOW, 11 AUG (DNA) — The Russian Foreign Ministry has strongly condemned the terrorist attack carried out by Ukrainian militants against civilian sites in Nizhnekamsk, Tatarstan, which left at least 13 people dead, most of them foreign nationals.
According to preliminary reports, the victims included eight citizens of Uzbekistan and one citizen of Tajikistan, while approximately 20 foreign nationals were wounded. Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova stated that the “Kiev neo-Nazis deliberately targeted facilities where people from our friendly countries live and work, aiming to drive a wedge between our nations and undermine our brotherly relations.”
She emphasized that such terrorist attacks have claimed the lives of not only Russian civilians but also foreign nationals, underscoring the indiscriminate nature of the violence. Zakharova expressed sincere condolences to the families and friends of the victims and wished a speedy recovery to the wounded.
