ISLAMABAD, AUG 5 /DNA/ – President Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICCI), Sardar Tahir Mehmood, has said that Pakistan’s economic transformation depends on building stronger linkages between industry, innovation, investment and entrepreneurship, stressing that collaborative platforms are essential for creating a competitive and globally connected economy. He expressed these views while addressing the soft opening and cake-cutting ceremony of GOPKZ Industry Connect as the chief guest here at the Chamber House on Wednesday.
Welcoming participants, Sardar Tahir Mehmood said that Pakistan’s private sector possesses the resilience, talent and entrepreneurial spirit required to compete globally, provided businesses are offered the right ecosystem for growth. He said initiatives like GOPKZ Industry Connect create valuable opportunities for entrepreneurs, manufacturers, startups, investors and institutions to exchange ideas, develop partnerships and unlock new avenues of investment and industrial cooperation.
The ICCI President said that the future belongs to economies that embrace innovation, technology and public-private collaboration.
