LAHORE, JAN 10 (DNA): Prime Minister (PM) Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif on Saturday lauded the officers and soldiers of the security forces for carrying out successful operations against Fitna-al-Khawarij in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, particularly in North Waziristan and Kurram.
In a statement, the PM appreciated the professional capabilities and bravery of the security forces for neutralizing 11 terrorists during the operations.
He reaffirmed the government’s resolve to continue the fight against terrorism until its complete eradication from the country.
Shehbaz Sharif said that the personnel of the Pakistan Armed Forces and the police were fighting day and night against anti-state elements and making immense sacrifices to safeguard the nation.
“With our brave and dutiful officers and soldiers, the enemy does not have the courage to cast an evil eye on Pakistan,” he said.
PM Shehbaz further stated that the entire nation, including himself, stands shoulder to shoulder with the security forces in their unwavering commitment to defend the motherland.
