MASHHAD, DEC 2 /DNA/ – Deputy Prime Minister/Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar @MIshaqDar50 has arrived in Mashhad, Iran to attend the 28th Meeting of the ECO Council of Ministers.
