ISLAMABAD, Jun 03 (DNA): Family of a five-year-old child, who had been
brutally murdered after abduction at Bhara Kahu, Islamabad in 2019,
finally got justice when a District and Sessions Court handed down
penalties to the accused on Saturday.
Additional Sessions Judge Faizan Hadier Gilani handed down two times
death penalty to Hamza Jahangir, Yasir and Aftab and imposed Rs0.5
million in fine on each of them.
The court, however, acquitted Asad Mumtaz due to lack of evidence.
Four persons had been nominated in the murder case of Umar Rathore.
