ATTOCK (MAY-28): Fire erupted in two different incidents at the residence of PML(N) leader Malik Hameed Akbar at the outskirts village Sheenbagh of district Attock and in the kitchen of a local filling station in Burhan of tehsil Hassanabdal. Rescue 1122 sources told that fire engulfed the office and residence of PML(N) leader Malik Hameed Akbar a candidate of MPA-3 Attock causing a loss of worth of rupees lacs to the property.
On getting information, rescue -1122 rushed the spot and extinguished the fire after hectic efforts. The cause behind the fire was stated to be short circuit. Meanwhile, in other incident, a local filling station near Burhan burnt when a gas cylinder was exploded in the kitchen which was overpowered by the fire tenders.
