QUETTA, JAN31 (DNA) — Though the government has issued a threat alert on the visit of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman, he has reached Quetta to go Chaman for addressing a party rally on Monday.
According to a private news channel, Maulana talked to the media in Quetta and said that it is the responsibility of the deputy commissioner of Chaman district to protect him. He said he was fully prepared to go to Chaman as he has a strong belief that life and death are in the hands of Allah.
Maulana said all political parties have been invited to participate in the March 23 protest in Islamabad. The ANP and the PPP are not part of the PDM but they have no objection if they join the march.
JUI chief said Imran Khan has threatened the army, generals and judiciary by saying he would become more dangerous if removed. He said people will treat Imran Khan as a national criminal after his removal from power corridors and present ‘Kishmish’ (raisin). =DNA
