CDA has planted 8 Miyawaki forests in Islamabad at different sites including Shakarparian, Blue Area, F-6, F-7, F-8, F-10, D-12, and Fatima Jinnah

ISLAMABAD:  Work of the administration of Capital Development Authority (CDA) on Miyawaki forests campaign is underway according to the vision of the Prime Minister Imran Khan to ensure clean climate of capital city. PM Imran Khan inaugurated first Miyawaki forest at Lotus Park few days back. Miyawaki forests have been planted at 8 different sites in the city so far. These forests will be planted at 23 places in Islamabad.

According to detail, the administration of CDA is committed for clean climate side by side clean and green environment in the capital city. In this regard, the administration is planting different saplings at different places including main roads, avenues, bridges, round about, green belts, parks, and others. Miyawaki trees are also being planted.

 CDA has planted 8 Miyawaki forests in Islamabad at different sites including Shakarparian, Blue Area, F-6, F-7, F-8, F-10, D-12, and Fatima Jinnah. In the next phase same forests will be planted in G-6, G-7, G-10, I-9, and other sectors. CDA is also ensuring the protection of Miyawaki forests.
