Sharif family committed economic terrorism: Firdous Ashiq Awan

ISLAMABAD (DNA) – Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Information and Broadcasting Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan has said previous governments are responsible for economic crisis in the country.
Firdous said that Sharif family committed economic terrorism with the country which resulted into the bleeding of the economy.Reacting on reports that Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) will launch movement against the government after Eid-ul-Fitr, Firdous Ashiq Awan said the party has no justification to go to the masses after devastating the economy.She urged the opposition to play a positive and constructive role instead of creating uncertainty and instability in the country.She said people have attached expectations with parliament and politicians have a responsibility to respond to the national challenges.Firdous Ashiq Awan said Prime Minister Imran Khan has a reform agenda to make future of the coming generations bright. She said institutions will be strengthened under the reform agenda.The Special Assistant said the government believes in economic empowerment of the women, and measures to this effect are also being taken. She said women should be provided equal opportunities to demonstrate their capabilities in every sector.Earlier, Firdous Ashiq Awan lashed out at Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) president Shehbaz Sharif and called him as ‘missing’ Opposition Leader in National Assembly.
She said that the PML-N leader should tell truth about his return from self-exile instead of calling Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan a liar.
